Pozemek, na kterém se naše stavba nachází, má pouze 238 m2 a směrem na jih se zužuje a svažuje. Dům BABU na tyto skutečnosti reaguje jak výrazově, tak i hmotově a navazuje na přirozený vývoj ulice. Toto byl klíčový bod udržitelnosti a rozvoje místa při řešení návrhu. Bylo nutné se vypořádat s výškovými rozdíly mezi sousedními objekty.
The land on which our building is located is only 238 m2 and narrows and slopes towards the south. The BABU house responds to these facts both in terms of expression and materiality and follows the natural development of the street. This was a key point of sustainability and development of the site when solving the design. It was necessary to deal with the height differences between neighboring buildings.
