Vila na pražských Vinohradech patří k souboru unikátních rezidencí, které ve 20. letech minulého století navrhl architekt Rudolf Kvěch. Zatímco některé nechávají majitelé chátrat, ta, která stojí v blízkosti Státního úřadu pro kontrolu léčiv, prošla nedávno citlivou rekonstrukcí. A díky přístavbě získala i dva nové byty.
The villa in Prague's Vinohrady district is part of a group of unique residences designed by architect Rudolf Kvěch in the 1920s. While some are being left to fall into disrepair by their owners, the one near the State Office for Drug Control recently underwent a sensitive renovation. And thanks to an extension, it also gained two new apartments.
