Návrh rodinného domu vychází z místních podmínek, orientace ke světovým stranám a zadání investora. Vlastní stavební program je rozdělen do dvou hmot, které respektují tvarosloví původních vesnických domů. Obě hmoty jsou vůči sobě posunuty tak, aby se zmenšilo měřítko celého domu a zároveň došlo k lepšímu proslunění obou částí po celý den. Měřítko domů by měly podpořit i různě pojednané fasády obou částí téhož domu. Část domu se společenskou zónou tj. obývacím pokojem, kuchyní a jídelnou má fasádu dřevěnou. Druhá hmota s ložnicemi a technickým zázemím je pak navržena s obkladem z kamene.
The design of the family house is based on local conditions, orientation to the cardinal points and the investor's specifications. The actual building program is divided into two volumes that respect the morphology of the original village houses. Both volumes are shifted relative to each other in such a way as to reduce the scale of the entire house and at the same time provide better sunlight to both parts throughout the day. The scale of the houses should also be supported by the differently treated facades of both parts of the same house. The part of the house with the social zone, i.e. the living room, kitchen and dining room, has a wooden facade. The second volume with the bedrooms and technical facilities is then designed with stone cladding.
