Administrativní budova firmy Konplan je novou dominantou V Plzni na Borských polích. Klasický trojtakt s vnitřním jádrem a pracovišti po obvodě má unikátní fasádu. Jde o perforované lamely, které jsou natočené proti slunci. Přísný kovový rastr narušují zelené ostrovy. Obří květináče mají potenciál pro vysokou zeleň. Tyto zelené oázy mají také vazbu na řešení interiéru. Právě okolo nich se soustřeďují odpočinkové zóny na jednotlivých podlažích.
The Konplan office building is a new landmark in Pilsen, Borské Pole. The classic three-phase building with an inner core and workplaces around the perimeter has a unique facade. It consists of perforated slats that are turned towards the sun. The strict metal grid is interrupted by green islands. Giant flower pots have the potential for tall greenery. These green oases are also linked to the interior design. The relaxation zones on the individual floors are concentrated around them.
