Vizí developera bylo vytvoření inspirativního a různorodého pracovního prostoru, který poskytne zázemí k propojení různých skupin uživatelů – od korporátních klientů po start-upy či freelancery. Konkurenční výhoda sdílených kancelářských prostor, tzv. coworků, se často skrývá v jejich jedinečnosti, proto se investor společně s architekty ze studia Perspektiv rozhodl stejnou myšlenku promítnout i do této industriální památky.
The developer's vision was to create an inspiring and diverse workspace that would provide a platform for connecting different groups of users – from corporate clients to start-ups and freelancers. The competitive advantage of shared office spaces, so-called coworking spaces, often lies in their uniqueness, which is why the investor, together with architects from the Perspektiv studio, decided to project the same idea into this industrial monument.
