Dvoupatrová stavba s pojezdnou střechou umožní parkování až 200 aut. Půdorysně tvoří trojúhelník s konvexní stranou, využívá svahovitosti pozemku a respektuje sklon terénu. Dispozičně je dům rozdělen na parkovací prostory s rampou a komunikačními jádry. Fasádu od severu tvoří silniční svodidla s větrací funkcí a s vysokým estetickým prožitkem. Fasády východní a jižní jsou betonové s malými provětrávacími otvory v rozmanitém paternu.
The two-story building with a retractable roof will allow parking for up to 200 cars. The ground plan forms a triangle with a convex side, taking advantage of the slope of the land and respecting the slope of the terrain. The layout of the house is divided into parking spaces with a ramp and communication cores. The north facade consists of road barriers with a ventilation function and a high aesthetic experience. The east and south facades are concrete with small ventilation holes in a varied pattern.
