Přáním klienta bylo navrhnout rodinný dům na místě původní chaty, na kterou odmala jezdil. Bylo jasné, že chata musí pryč, její podoba ale částečně ovlivnila podobu novostavby. Nový územní plán v celé lokalitě počítá s výstavbou rodinných domů, chaty zde tedy postupně mizí. S klientem jsme se shodli na tom, že vzhledem k charakteru území a sentimentálnímu vztahu k původní budově bude vhodné zohlednit výraz a tvar staré chaty.
The client's wish was to design a family house on the site of the original cottage, which he had been going to since childhood. It was clear that the cottage had to go, but its appearance partially influenced the appearance of the new building. The new zoning plan for the entire location includes the construction of family houses, so the cottages are gradually disappearing here. We agreed with the client that, given the character of the area and the sentimental relationship to the original building, it would be appropriate to take into account the expression and shape of the old cottage.
