Dům ve Vraným obydlel zdivočelou vzrostlou zahradu padající mezi štíty sousedních domů dolů k Vranskému potoku. Se svahem klesajícím k jihu se dům otevírá zahradě i výhledům. Vnitřní prostor je rozehrán v návaznosti na klesající terén, zahradu a proporce jednotlivých místností okolo velkorysé haly. Hala propojuje všech pět úrovní domu, od nejnižší – a zahradě nejbližší – úrovně hlavního obytného prostoru spojeného skrze terasu se zahradou po nejvyšší s pracovnou, a otevírá se do hřebene střechy.
The house in Vraný has inhabited a wild, overgrown garden falling between the gables of neighboring houses down to the Vranský stream. With a slope descending to the south, the house opens up to the garden and the views. The interior space is played out in connection with the descending terrain, the garden and the proportions of the individual rooms around a generous hall. The hall connects all five levels of the house, from the lowest – and closest to the garden – level of the main living space connected through a terrace to the garden to the highest with the study, and opens up to the ridge of the roof.
