Snahou je prolnout staré i nové v jeden soudržný celek, rozlišení ponechat spíš v detailech. Původní hmotu domu nenásilně doplňuje střešní nástavba s mírným uskočením, její okna navazují proporcemi na původní členění. Hrubší omítka i detaily fasády např kolem nových špaletových oken maskují nové zateplení domu, na nástavbě se omítka zjemňuje. The aim is to blend the old and the new into one cohesive whole, leaving the distinction more in the details. The original mass of the house is gently complemented by a roof extension with a slight step-over, its windows follow the proportions of the original division. The thicker plaster and facade details, for example around the new casement windows, mask the new insulation of the house, while the plaster becomes softer on the extension.
