Koncepce se sestává ze tří objektů a nádvoří. Trojúhelníková část parcely vymezená hranicemi pozemku a potokem je poměrně malá a objemný provoz zázemí údržby se na ni vejde jen při vhodném řešení. Proto je provoz rozdělen do tří objektů. První objekt - Hala je jednopodlažní skeletový objekt cca 11 m široký a 34 m dlouhý. Hala je přisazena svoji delší stranou k hraně pozemku.
The concept consists of three buildings and a courtyard. The triangular part of the plot defined by the boundaries of the land and the stream is relatively small and the bulky operation of the maintenance facilities can only fit there with a suitable solution. Therefore, the operation is divided into three buildings. The first building - the Hall is a single-storey skeleton building approximately 11 m wide and 34 m long. The Hall is attached with its longer side to the edge of the plot.
